EPIC Electronic Health Records

We are moving our electronic medical records services to EPIC Electronic Health Records in June 2022. Information that you are currently able to access via your patient portal in eClinical Works will not be available after May 2022.

Visit your patient portal and print any information you would like to keep for your records. If you need to get access to your current patient portal; let us know. We will be happy to provide access for you. Please call our office at 847.244.4110.
